CLOUDS

"I am the daughter of Earth and Water,
And the nursling of the Sky;
I pass through the pores of the ocean and shores;
I change, but I cannot die."
from the poem "The Cloud" by Percy Bysshe Shelley
How many times did you find yourself looking at the clouds and ending thinking about something deep and far away from your present moment?
Under your porch,lying in a hammock, even better lying on the grass lawn or in the middle of a wheat field.
How many times did you look at the clouds trying to recognize a shape?
Today it's not a day for swimming, it's a good day for surfers, and the clouds are running fast. So I decided after my walk to make windchimes to capture all those nice eye glimpses.

Here is what I came up with:

After I finished I wanted to go lying on the hammock under the big fig tree to read a good book.
I wish I had "Mindful living" or, just forsake of a cloudy title the italian "Quando bevi tè, stai bevendo nuvole" , both from Thich Nhat Hanh.

Ever heard of Masaru Emoto?
It's said that he is able to erase a cloud from the sky moving his hand. More interesting is how a water crystallizes in a different way depending on the immediate surrounding...ohohoh,isn't our body made by 70% water content? We should take care of that immediatly.

And there is "Le nuvole" from Fabrizio De Andrè, in italian..and I found the english translation..

So here I go with the images that comes to me thinking of clouds.

Architecture:
First of all I think of Massimiliano Fuksas and how he closed a cloud inside a building...amazing,can't wait to see it from real in Rome!
M.Fuksas sketches
"The idea came to me in a very special moment. I was at the seaside; a group of clouds were being blown quickly across the sky by a strong wind. As I looked to the clouds I remembered a dream I had had, which involved constructing a building that had no crystallized form at all." M.Fuksas
